CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY · IN PERSON & TELEHEALTH
A space to slow down and make sense of things
Many people come to therapy because something in life no longer feels manageable. My goal is to build a trusting relationship in which to understand how these experiences came to shape your life and to begin living more intentionally.

WHY REACH OUT
You don't need the perfect words to begin
Feeling overwhelmed
Depression, anxiety, panic and exhaustion. These symptoms have started to interfere with your daily life and no longer feel manageable.
Feeling stuck
Repeating the same painful relationship patterns, struggling to make decisions, or wondering why you keep facing the same difficulties.
Something feels off
"I should be happy — I have everything I thought I wanted, but I'm not." Life feels flat or hard to put into words. This is more common than you'd think.
There is no wrong reason to seek therapy. Big or small, sudden or long simmering, whatever brings you here is valid.
Instead of asking 'How do I get rid of this?' we begin asking, what might this be trying to tell me?

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
Anda Vintiloiu
I work by exploring not only the difficulties that bring you to therapy, but the underlying patterns that shape your experiences and relationships. When helpful, I also draw on CBT and mindfulness.
I see culture as an important part of each person's identity, and approach it with curiosity, openness and respect.
